Business setup

The single highest-leverage thing you can do. Everything the agents produce is only as specific as the context you give them — so give them a real one.

An agent with no context writes like a template. An agent that knows your philosophy, your voice and your buyer writes like a colleague who has been at your company for a year. The difference is this page.

Your business profile

Open Settings in the portal. The Business Profile and Company Profile tabs hold your company's identity — set these first.

Philosophy
What your business believes and how it works. This shapes the judgement behind every draft — not just the wording.
Brand voice
How you sound — direct or warm, plain or polished. The voice engine sharpens this further from real samples of your writing.
Company details
Your name, website, services and the basics. Agents reference these so they never have to guess or invent a fact about you.
Services
What you actually sell. Proposals, quotes and outreach all draw on this — keep it accurate and current.

Your target audience

Tell the agents who you sell to. The clearer your ideal customer, the sharper the lead lists and the cold copy. ICP discovery in the portal helps you define and refine that profile — the industry, the company size, the pain you solve.

ICP discovery
Define your ideal customer profile once and every agent uses it — Marketing to find and qualify leads, Sales to prioritise the pipeline, the copy engines to pitch the right pain.

Your knowledge base

Beyond the profile, the agents can draw on your own documents. Open the Knowledge area and upload what you have — past proposals, service descriptions, case studies, call transcripts, key URLs.

Each document is ingested, split into passages and embedded, so an agent can pull an exact fact from your material — a real price, a real result — instead of approximating. This is what keeps the output truthful.

Feed it your best work
A handful of your strongest proposals and a clear service description go a long way. You do not need to upload everything — upload what you would want a new hire to read first.

The setup gate

Until the core of your context is in place, the agents will refuse to produce outward-facing work — cold emails, proposals, ad copy. This is deliberate. A generic email sent to a real prospect burns the prospect; a short setup does not.

Where to go next
With context in place, the agents are ready for real work — see the feature guides. To understand how this context is used under the hood, read the intelligence stack.
