The agents

Five built-in agents cover the business-development cycle end to end — and you can build your own beyond them. Each one owns a domain and works it like a competent hire.

Marketing Senior

Campaigns, copy and lead generation.

What it handles
  • Cold-email campaigns — research, copy, personalisation
  • Multi-week content plans and calendars
  • Ad campaigns, planned and launched across platforms
  • Competitor signal monitoring and keyword research
  • Copy written in your own brand voice
Typical tasks
  • “Find 20 guest houses on the coast and draft each a cold email.”
  • “Plan a month of LinkedIn posts about our redesign service.”
  • “Launch a Google Ads campaign for website redesigns.”

Sales Director

Pipeline, outreach and replies.

What it handles
  • The lead pipeline and every lead’s status
  • Reply triage — sorting interested from not
  • Follow-up sequencing so nothing goes cold
  • Voicemail drops in the owner’s own cloned voice
Typical tasks
  • “Who in the pipeline went quiet this week?”
  • “Draft a follow-up to everyone who opened but didn’t reply.”
  • “Leave a voicemail for this warm lead.”

Operations Manager

Jobs, documents, clients and invoices.

What it handles
  • Proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices as real documents
  • Job and project tracking
  • Client records
  • Orders and fulfilment records
Typical tasks
  • “Turn this scope into a proposal PDF.”
  • “Invoice Acme Ltd for the redesign project.”
  • “Add a new client record for Acme Ltd.”

Project Manager

Plans, delivery and retros.

What it handles
  • Project plans broken into tasks
  • Delivery tracking
  • Performance retros on finished campaigns
  • Surfacing the patterns behind what worked
Typical tasks
  • “Break this project into a delivery plan.”
  • “Run a retro on last month’s email campaign.”

Money (AI CFO)

Leaks, receipts, collections and spend.

What it handles
  • Finding where money leaks — wasted ad spend, overdue invoices, missed opportunities
  • Routing each fix to the agent who can do it
  • The Money Receipt — euros actually recovered, attributed to the action
  • Chasing overdue invoices with drafted reminders
  • Spend review — AI, email and ad budget against your caps
Typical tasks
  • “Where am I losing money this week?”
  • “Show me what we recovered this month.”
  • “Which invoices are overdue — and chase them.”

Custom agents

A sixth agent, a seventh — built by you, in a wizard.

When the five built-ins do not cover something specific to your business, you build an agent yourself: name it, write its role, choose which tools and which knowledge it may use, and place it in the handoff graph. It then works alongside the others like any built-in agent.

How an agent is put together

Every agent — built-in or custom — is the same four things assembled together. Understanding these four explains why the output is specific to your business rather than generic.

Role
A system prompt that defines the agent’s domain, judgement and tone — what a Sales Director cares about versus a Project Manager.
Tools
A scoped set of actions it can take — drafting a campaign, generating a document, looking up the pipeline. An agent can only do what its tools allow.
Business context
Your philosophy, brand voice, target audience, archetype playbook and knowledge base — injected automatically into every task. This is what makes the work yours.
Handoffs
A wired place in the team — which colleagues it can pass work to, and which it receives work from.
Business context is never skipped
Drafting work without your philosophy, brand voice and audience set produces generic output — so the agents will ask you to complete that setup before they will write outward-facing copy. See the intelligence stack for how that context is built and kept current.
