Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-27
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of your Terms of Service with Fpa Solutions LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC (ЕИК) 207794750. It defines what you may and may not do with Rigyx. Because the Service can send email and place calls on your behalf, you are the sender and remain legally responsible for your outreach. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
1. Lawful outreach is your responsibility
- You must have a lawful basis to contact every recipient (consent or, where permitted, a documented legitimate interest).
- You must honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests promptly. The Service suppresses known opt-outs at send time, but you must not attempt to circumvent this.
- Every commercial email must identify you accurately and include a valid physical postal address — the Service inserts your address, so keep it current and truthful.
- You must comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and state calling laws, Canada’s CASL, the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and any other laws that apply to you and your recipients.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- No false or misleading sender names, subject lines, or claims.
- No malware, phishing, or attempts to harvest credentials.
- No infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No promotion of regulated products in a manner that breaks the law (e.g. unlicensed financial, medical, gambling, or adult offers).
3. Lists and data
- Do not upload purchased, scraped, or rented lists for which you lack a lawful basis to contact.
- Only upload data you are entitled to process, and keep it accurate.
- Do not upload special-category personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and have told us.
4. Voice calling
Automated and prerecorded voice calls are heavily regulated. You must obtain any required prior express consent and scrub against applicable Do-Not-Call registries. To protect users while consent and DNC tooling are being built, calling US and Canadian (+1) numbers is currently disabled. Do not attempt to bypass calling-hours, rate-limit, disclosure, or region safeguards.
5. Platform integrity
- Do not exceed plan limits by creating multiple accounts or sharing credentials.
- Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
- Do not resell or white-label the Service except under a plan that expressly permits it.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure, but we may act immediately to stop ongoing harm or legal exposure.
7. Reporting abuse
To report a violation or abuse of the Service, write to [email protected] (a security issue: [email protected]). We review every report.
