How this works
This page fetches /api/public/health on every request. Each component runs a real check with enforced timeouts: PostgreSQL SELECT 1 (2 s), Redis ping (2 s), LLM providers one-token completion (8 s, cached 60 s), IMAP pool count, BullMQ queue depths, Telegram bot liveness, and cron last-run timestamps. The full payload is cached in-process for 30 s; the page itself revalidates every 60 s.
