Where does your campaign actually stand?
Honest aggregate benchmarks from opt-in Rigyx businesses across eight verticals. Reply rates, open rates, bounce rates — measured on real outbound, refreshed hourly. k-anonymized so no individual business is ever identifiable.

Three metrics, each with a real definition.
We track only the metrics that map to revenue. No vanity numbers, no email-platform inventions. Each number is computed from the same SQL that drives the in-product dashboard — what you see in the public report is what your own dashboard shows.
Reply rate
Replies divided by emails delivered (excludes bounces)
Open rate
Opens divided by emails delivered (tracked via 1×1 pixel)
Bounce rate
Hard bounces — addresses that rejected on the first attempt
Privacy-preserving by construction, not by promise.
Opt-in only
Numbers come exclusively from Rigyx businesses that toggled "Contribute to Benchmark Network" inside their dashboard. There is no implicit data collection.
k-anonymity (k=5)
Any vertical cohort with fewer than 5 contributing businesses is suppressed at the SQL layer before the report row is built. No individual business can be re-identified by triangulation.
Same source as your own dashboard
The aggregate query is the same one that powers in-product percentile cards. Public and private reports diverge only in scope, never in definition.
Numbers reflect opt-in Rigyx users only. Cells with fewer than 5 businesses are suppressed as Pending cohort until that threshold is reached. No business is ever identified.

Why every vertical says “Not enough data yet”
The report only publishes a vertical's numbers once at least 5 opt-in businesses have contributed measurable activity to it. That threshold is enforced at the SQL layer for k-anonymity. Cohorts grow as more Rigyx businesses join the Benchmark Network — first vertical to cross the line will be the first to show live numbers here.
A median is a starting point, not a verdict.
Above the median is good
A campaign with a reply rate above the P50 line for its vertical is performing better than half of comparable businesses on the platform.
P25 is your minimum
Below P25 is a signal — usually targeting, subject line, or list quality. Inside Rigyx the Marketing agent will surface why.
P75 is where you scale
Above P75 means your offer + voice + targeting are aligned. The bottleneck shifts from conversion to volume — that's when the Network compounds.
Want your own percentile, not just the public one?
Start a 14-day trial, opt in to the Benchmark Network inside your dashboard, and your own dashboard shows your exact percentile within your vertical — refreshed with every send. The public report stays k-anonymized; your private one is precise.
