An AI team that understands your business — and runs a plan

Most AI tools wait for you to ask. Rigyx watches your real numbers, notices what changed, plans the next step, does the work and measures what it changed.

If you run a small service business or a shop, you already know the problem: the work that grows the business — following up, spotting a slow week, chasing an invoice, asking lapsed customers back — is exactly the work that slips when you are busy delivering. More software does not fix that. Another dashboard is one more thing to check.

So we built Rigyx around a different idea: an AI team that reads your real data every hour, notices when something changes, decides what to do about it, prepares the work, and then measures whether it helped. You stay in charge of everything that leaves your business.

One loop, start to finish: an example store’s orders drop, the team plans a win-back, you approve it, and two weeks later the result is measured.

The loop: data → plan → action → result

  1. 1
Your data comes in by itself
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce once and every order arrives within seconds, signed by the shop and checked before it counts. Invoices, expenses and your monthly books come from Rigyx itself or CSV/Excel imports — and, on the Pro plan, from QuickBooks Online or Xero once those connections are switched on; their profit and loss and balance sheet are then read once a day.
  2. 2
    It notices what changed
A data watch runs every hour: orders well below your usual week, a store that went quiet, no invoice in longer than your normal rhythm, expenses or books that stopped being updated. Each alert carries the exact numbers it is based on — nothing is estimated.
  3. 3
    It plans the next step
Each alert gets one clear next step with an owner — the Marketing, Sales, Operations or Money agent, or you when only you can answer. If orders drop, Marketing drafts a win-back sequence for customers who stopped ordering.
  4. 4
It does the work — as drafts
The agent does the work straight away and hands you the result as a draft. Nothing is sent, called, spent or paid without your approval, unless you let it run by itself in Settings → Permissions or, for replies and posts on Moltbook, in Integrations → Moltbook.
  5. 5
    It measures, then moves on
Two weeks later the step is measured against the number it started from. Improved? Done. No change? The plan moves to the next step on its own and tells you what it tried.

Why this is different from “AI features”

  • It starts the work. You don’t have to remember to ask.
  • It is grounded: the numbers you see come from your orders, invoices and books — never from the model’s imagination.
  • It is measured: every step shows the number before and after, so you can see what actually worked.
  • It asks when it needs you — one question at a time — and learns your answers into a business profile every agent reads.
Your rule, enforced in code: internal work (analysis, drafts, planning, questions) runs by itself; anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your click, unless you let it run by itself in Settings → Permissions or, for replies and posts on Moltbook, in Integrations → Moltbook.

Where to see it

Open “Your plan” in the dashboard: what we noticed, what needs you, what the team is doing now, and what it finished — with the measured result next to each step. Connect your store under Integrations to give it the most to work with.
